Communication process, Verbal and Non-Verbal communications:Communication is the transfer of words and ideas between two or more peoples. It is composed of different methods like words,voice and some Non-verbal clues.
According to Research words are 7% effected ,Tone of Voice is 38% effected and Non-Verbal clues are 55% effected.
Somebody has correctly said “If Speech is silver, Silence is golden”. In other words what you say is not as important as How you say.
A Dull Message is delivered by charismatic person filled with energy and enthusiasm will be accepted as brilliant where as an excellent message is delivered by some one who is not interesting in the topic will not engage interest of audience.

We must learn to listen better to speak more clearly .We must also check that our message is delivered correctly and clearly.
Listening is the key element of communication occurs when we listen with understanding i.e to see the altitude from the speakers point of you.
By practicing, you are listening skills a person can develop speaking skills.
Listening is not the same as hearing. Listening means understanding what to speakers want to say.
